- Early training in how to become an effective mentor — broadening the KUH research pipeline.
Networking & community
The Networking Core connects trainees and faculty across Yale, UConn Health, and collaborating institutions:
- A trainee-led, faculty-supported Peer Network with in-person and virtual platforms.
- A dedicated website, intranet portal, and Slack workspace for communication and opportunities.
- An annual retreat rotating between Yale and UConn Health.
- Structured opportunities to connect with established KUH investigators locally, nationally, and internationally.
